This beautiful board has as its outer edges 2 strips of nicely patterned Tasmanian Oak. Then two strips of Tasmanian Sassafras. The centre comprises 3 strips of red gum reclaimed from the front porch of a Hawthorn house. Either side of the red gum are strips of Tasmanian oak, then resin strips, one blue and one green, one thin strip of WA Jarrah next to the green resin, and finally two strips of old growth Tasmanian Blackwood. This board has recessed handles each end. The final finish is Gilles foodsafe wax
