No. 27 Premium Charcuterie Board

A stunning board. The outer edges and the centrepiece of this board are cut from a piece of classic WA jarrah. The outer inserts are slices of a very rare and unusual Birdseye Tassie Blackwood. I showed samples of this wood to a Devonport dealer who said he had only once before in his life seen a tree like this. I have cut a curved strip of colored resin into the Jarrah, with thin strips of Blackwood either side. The resin is violet on one side and green on the other. The ends are cut to handles so that the board can be used either side. The final finish is Gilles Foodsafe Wax.
